Who I want to meet

I had this dream, you’re probably thinking, oh no not again but it gave me insight into our detached ways of being. Usually out of necessity like you must be crazy to put hundreds of people in a big metal thing with wings that are chalk full with incendiary fluids THEN get it going fast enough to make sparks on just about anything. Surgeons as well must have to go to some happy place to open us up to do stuff.
Now I can see an interesting person might be an actor pilot or a surgeon actor but put me next to a surgeon pilot and I believe we could have a grand time, sitting back, having coffee and a heaping teaspoon of SILENCE.

The stories of past courage can define that ingredient-they can teach, they can offer hope, they can provide inspiration. But they cannot supply courage itself. For this each man must look into his own soul.

The men who create power make an indispensable contribution to the Nation’s greatness, but the men who question power make a contribution just as indispensable, especially when that questioning is disinterested, for they determine whether we use power or power uses us.

It is your left shoulder
It makes me weak
The sound of you in waves
Light upon lifting wheat
Ever fixed we all are
Within a compass that ferries our lives
By dream or by death go I
From lecherous ponds
Come us oceans to dive
We could never forget the lines
Without having the strength
Of anchors and chains
The world lost in haste
Sigh
Bellowing waves
From scores of leagues out
Writhing in salted milk taste
You throw down your oars
To walk up and pout
It’s sweet and beautiful
Like spun sugar, a rose watery heck
You drive my sunshine to kissing
The cosseted life in the neck
Just for you
Dear liberty I will try
By and by dream
And life go I
